Product Description The P ACDN004 is a diode array designed to pr ovide two channels
of ESD protection fo r electronic components or sub−system s. Each channel consists of a pair of d iodes which steers the ESD current puls e either to the positive (VP) or negati ve (VN) supply. The PACDN004 will prote ct against ESD pulses up to ±15 kV Hum an Body Model, and ±8 kV contact disch arge per International Standard IEC 610 00−4−2. This device has identical c haracteristics as the PACDN006 (6−cha nnel array). They can be used together in order to provide a la . |
