Low-current voltage regulator diodes in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
2. Features and benefits
• Total power dissipation: ≤ 250 mW • Tolerance series: approximately ± 5 % • Working voltage range: nominal 1.8 V to 10 V • Specified at a low test current (50 μA), ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered
applications
