| Feature | LX7712 120V, 5A, LCL/RLCL Programmable Current Limiting Power Switch For Space Description The LX7712 is a radiation-hardened-by-design power switch for integration into spacecraft power distribution systems as an electronic fuse for power line protection. DC supplies up to 120V with continuous current rating up to 5A can be easily turned on and off with slew rate programmability. The LX7712 includes a P-channel MOSFET power switch and catch diode for inductive loads. The LX7712 is configurable as either a latchable current limiter or a fold-back current limiter, with optional thermal shutdow. |
