It has 80/68series 8 bit parallel and serial interface capability for operating with general CPU. The internal 65 x 132 display data RAM makes the display of both graphics and characters possible. Besides the general LCD driver features, it has on chip LCD bias divider circuit such that minimize external component required in system application.
