D44H Series (NPN), D45H Series (PNP) Complementary Silicon Power Transistors These series of plastic, silicon NPN and PNP power transistors can be used as general purpose power amplification and switching such as output or driver stages in applications such as switching regulators, converters and power amplifiers.
