The MAX9010/M AX9011/MAX9013 single and MAX9012 dual, high-speed comparators operate from a single 4. 5V to 5. 5V power supply and fe ature low-current consumption. They hav e precision differential inputs and TTL outputs. They feature short propagatio n delay (5ns, typ), low-supply current, and a wide common-mode input range tha t includes ground. They are ideal for l owpower, high-speed, single-supply appl ications. The comparator outputs remain stable through the linear region when driven with sl . |
