Gener al Description
The NC7S08 is a single 2 -Input high performance CMOS AND Gate. Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power circui t operation over a broad VCC range. ESD protection diodes inherently guard bot h inputs and output with respect to the VCC and GND rails. Three stages of gai n between inputs and outputs assures hi gh noise immunity and reduced sensitivi ty to input edge rate.
