General Description
T he NC7SP125 is a single Buffer with 3-S TATE output from Fairchild’s Ultra Lo w Power (ULP) series of TinyLogic. I deal for applications where battery lif e is critical, this product is designed for ultra low power consumption within the VCC operating range of 0. 9V to 3. 6 V.
