The NC7SP32 is a singl e 2-Input OR Gate from Fairchild’s Ul tra Low Power (ULP) Series of TinyLogic . Ideal for applications where batte ry life is critical, this product is de signed for ultra low power consumption within the VCC operating range of 0. 9V to 3. 6V VCC. The internal circuit is co mposed of a minimum of inverter stages, including the output buffer, to enable ultra low static and dynamic power. Th e NC7SP32, for lower drive requirements , is uniquely designed . |
