The NC7ST04 is a single high perfor mance CMOS Inverter, with TTL-compatibl e inputs. Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fa brication assures high speed and low po wer circuit operation. ESD protection d iodes inherently guard both input and o utput with respect to the VCC and GND r ails. High gain circuitry offers high n oise immunity and reduced sensitivity t o input edge rate.
