The NC7ST08 is a sin gle 2-Input high performance CMOS AND G ate, with TTL-compatible inputs. Advanc ed Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assure s high speed and low power circuit oper ation. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputs and output with resp ect to the VCC and GND rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunity a nd reduced sensitivity to input edge ra te.
