General Description
T he NC7SZ08 is a single 2-Input AND Gate from Fairchild’s Ultra High Speed Se ries of TinyLogic™. The device is fab ricated with advanced CMOS technology t o achieve ultra high speed with high ou tput drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VC C operating range. The device is specif ied to operate over the 1. 8V to 5. 5V VC C range. The inputs and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Inputs toler ate voltages up to 6V independent of VC C operating voltage. . |
