GENERAL DESCRIPTION SAA1502ATS The SAA1502ATS is manufactured in a Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS (BCD) Power Logic 70 process and is intended to be used as a protection circuit for single cell Li-ion battery packs. The current and voltage ratings are especially designed for use in battery packs for portable telephones such as GSM.
