t Silicon abrupt tuning varactor SOT23 SURFACE MOUNT SILICON ABRUPT TUNING VAR ACTOR Description This series of silic on tuning varactors have an epitaxial m esa design with a high temperature pass ivation. This technology is used to pro duce abrupt tuning varactor in SOT23 pa ckage. This family is designed for a lo w cost medium to high volume market tha t may be supplied in tape and reel for automated pick and place assembly on su rface mount circuit boards. Application s The DH71000 series abrupt tuning vara ctor are offered in a large selection o f capacitance range. They provide the h ighest Q factor (low reverse series res istance) available for a 30 volts silic on device. Typical applications include low noise narrow and moderate frequenc y bandwidth applications (VCO mainly) f rom HF to Microwave frequencies (up to 3 GHz).
