MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA Order this document by MOC119/D GlobalOptoisolator™ 6-Pin DIP Optoisolator Darlington Output (No Base Connection) The MOC119 device consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon photodarlington detector. The chip to Pin 6 connection has been eliminated for better performance when used in high noise environments. It is designed for use in applications requiring high improved noise immunity. Provides Higher Output Collector Current (IC) with Lower Values of Input Drive Current (IF) To order devices that are tested and marked per VDE 0884 requirements, the suffix ”V” must be included at end of part number. VDE 0884 is a test option.
