The embedded nonvolatile elements TM incorporate Simtek’s QuantumTrap technology producing the world’s most reliable nonvolatile memory. The SRAM provides unlimited read and write cycles, while independent, nonvolatile data resides in TM the highly reliable QuantumTrap cell.
