The MMA701 will produce +45 dBm OIP3 at the minimum bias voltage. The combination of low noise figure and high intercept point make it ideal for transmitter and receiver applications. The MMA is ideally suited for Cellular/PCS, 2.5/3G, WLL and MMDS systems and other types of Wireless applications where high gain, P1dB, OIP3, and convenient power down is required.
