BD9111NV
General Description
The BD9111NV is ROHM’s high efficiency step-down
switching regulator designed to produce a voltage as
low as 3.3V from a supply voltage of 5V. It offers high
efficiency by using pulse skip control technology and
synchronous switches, and provides fast transient
response to sudden load changes by implementing
current mode control.
