1µA Quiescent Current, 150mA LDO Regulator DESCRIPTION The EUP7180 is CMOS-based voltage regulator IC with extremely low supply current which is typically 1µA. Dropout voltage is also very low. The EUP7180 has output short circuit and over current protection features.
