Telecommunications PBX Modems TOSHIBA Photocoupler Photorelay TLP592G TLP592G Unit: mm The Toshiba TLP592G consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a six lead plastic DIP package (DIP6).
