A built-in low on-resistance transistor provides a low dropout voltage and large output current, and a built-in overcurrent protection circuit prevents the load current from exceeding the curr.

A built-in low on-resistance transistor provides a low dropout voltage and large output current, and a built-in overcurrent protection circuit prevents the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor.
