General Description
The AOZ8221 is a one-line bi-directional transient vol tage suppressor diode designed to prote ct voltage sensitive electronics from h igh transient conditions and ESD. This device incorporates one TVS diode in an ultra-small SOD523 package. It may be used to meet the ESD immunity requireme nts of IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4 (±15kV a ir, ±8kV contact discharge).
