It provides reliable, fundamental-mode, quartz frequency stabilization i.e. in transmitters or local oscillators operating at 868.950 MHz. 1.Package Dimension (QCC8C) Pin 2 6 4,8 1,3,5,7 Sign A B C D Data (unit: mm) 2.08 0.6 1.27 2.54 Sign E F G H Configuration Terminal1 Terminal2 Case Ground Empty Data (unit: mm) 1.2 1.35 5.0 5.0 2.Marking 3.Equivalent LC Model and Test Circuit HR868.95 Laser Marking 4.Typical Application Circuits 1) Low-Power Transmitter Application 2) Local Oscillator Application 5.Typical Frequency Response 6.Temperature Characteristics www.DataSheet4U.com Tel:+86-755-82973806 Fax:+86-755-82973550 E-mail: [email protected] http://www.hoperf.com SAW Resonator 7.Performance 7-1.Maximum Ratings Rating CW RF Power Dissipation DC Voltage Between Terminals Storage Temperature Range Operating Temperature Range P VDC Tstg TA HR868.95 Value 0 30 -40 to +85 -10 to +60 Unit dBm V 7-2.Electronic Characteristics Characteristic Center Frequency (+25 ) Insertion Loss Unloaded Q Quality Factor 50 Ω Loaded Q Turnover Temperature Temperature Stability Turnover Frequency Frequency Temperature Coefficient Frequency Aging Absolute Value during the First Year Absolute Frequency Tolerance from 868.950 MHz Sym fC ∆fC IL QU QL T0 f0 FTC |fA| Minimum 868.850 Typical Maximum 869.050 Unit MHz kHz 100 1.8 8,020 1,500 25 fC 0.032 10 1.0 55 2.4 dB kHz ppm/ 2 ppm/yr MΩ DC Insulation Resistance Between Any Two Terminals Motional Resistance RF Equivalent RLC Model Motional Inductance Motional Capacitance Shunt Static Capacitance RM LM CM C0 23 33.8097 0.9932 1.90 2.20 32 Ω µH fF 2.50 pF CAUTION: Electrostatic Sensitive Device. Observe precautions for handling! C 2003. All Rights Reserved. The center frequency, fC, is measured at the minimum IL point with the resonator in the 50 test system. Unless noted otherwise, case temperature TC = +25°C±2°C. Frequency aging is the change in fC with time and is specified at +65°C or less. Aging may exceed the specification for prolonged temperatures above +65°C. Typically, aging is greatest the first year after manufacture, decreasing in subsequent years. 4. Turnover temperature, T0, is the temperature of maximum (or turnover) frequency, f0. The nominal frequency at any case temperature, TC, may be calculated from: f = f0 [1 - FTC (T0 - TC)2]. 5. This equivalent RLC model approximates resonator performance near the resonant frequency and is provided for reference only. The capacitance C0 is the measured static (nonmotional) capacitance between the two terminals. The measurement includes case parasitic capacitance. 6. Derived mathematically from one or more of the following directly measured parameters: fC, IL, 3 dB bandwidth, fC versus TC, and C0. www.DataSheet4U.com 7. The specifications of this device are based on the test circuit shown above and subject to change or obsolescence without notice. 8. Typically, equipment utilizing this device requires emissions testing and government approval, which is the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer. 9. Our liability is only assumed for the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) component(s) per se, not for applications, processes and circuits implemented within components or assemblies. 10.
