Moreover, some temperature-related phenomenon as below needed to be noticed: - Background color, contrast and response time would be different in temperatures other than 25 o C . - Operating under high temperature will shorten LED lifetime. Note 3: Fig. 4.1 shows the maximum rating of LED forward current against temperature. The backlight unit in this display has been set to 12 mA per LED.
