The AIC1747 is designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. The AIC1747 offers high precision output voltage of ±2% tolerance. Output Voltage is available within 1.1~4.2V. There are version of 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.85, 3.0, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, and 3.8 for a fixed output voltage. A noise bypass pin is available for further reduction of output noise. At 300mA load current, a 270mV dropout can be performed. The quality of low quiescent current and low dropout voltage makes the device ideal for battery power applications.
