The SPN4992 is the Dual N-Channel logic enhancement High Frequency Small Power Switching for
mode power field effect
transistor which is produced using MB/NB/VGA super high cell density DMOS trench technology. The Network DC/DC Power System SPN4992 has been designed specifically to improve the Load Switch
overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using either
synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers.
It has been optimized for low gate charge, low RDS(ON)
and fast switching speed.
