The NCV4263−2C is a 200 mA LDO
regulator with integrated reset watchdog functions dedicated for microprocessor applications. Its robustness allows NCV4263−2C to be used in severe automotive environments. The Enable function can be used for decrease of quiescent current down to max 10 mA. The NCV4263−2C contains protection functions as current limit, thermal shutdown and reverse output current protection. The
regulator provides also Watchdog, Reset function with adjustable Threshold and adjustable Power−on Reset Delay Time.
