Introduction The Smartec temperature sensor is a sophisticated full silicon temperature sensor with a digital output. The one wire (duty cycle) output can be connected to all kind of microcontrollers directly without the need of A/D conversion. The temperature range is –45 °C to 150 °C. The sensor is available in various housing like T018, T092, T0220 and for high volume production in SOIC. 2.
