enhanced Glass Passivated Junction P-N
chips. They are advanced rectifiers designed, tested and guaranteed to withstand a specified level of energy in the forward mode of operation. All of these rectifiers are designed for applications such as,switching convertors. They have the low negative leakage and low forward voltage drop, which allows these types to be operated directly from integrated circuits.
