AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A4722 QUAD SPDT ANALOG SWITCH 0.4Ω , LOW VOLTAGE ,WIDE POWER SUPPLY RANGE DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A4722 is a Dual Wide-Bandwidth, fast single-pole double-throw(SPDT) CMOS switch featuring an On-Resistance of 0.4 ohm at VDD=2.7V and wide power supply range from 1.6V to 4.2V. The A4722 can be used as an analog switch or as a low-delay bus switch. Break-before-make function for both parts eliminates signal disruption during switching from preventing both switches being enabled simultaneously. Wide Power Supply Range:1.6V to 4.2V Low On-Resistance: 0.4Ω (VDD=2.7V) Low On-Resistance Flatness -3dB Bandwidth: 42 MHz Fast Switching Speed(VDD=3.3V): tON: 20ns tOFF:10ns IDD = 300nA @ TA = +25°C High Off Isolation: -65dB Crosstalk Rejection: -65dB Available in QFN16(3x3) The A4722 is available in QFN16(3x3).
