LD7280 05/08/2006 VFM Step-Up DC/DC Converter Rev: 00a General Description The LD7280 is a VFM step-up DC/DC converter with ultra low supply current. The CMOS design results in less power consumption and high capability for battery-powered instruments. The LD7280 is a high efficiency step–up DC/DC converter and takes only three external components to achieve the low ripple. As well, using chip enable function will make it possible to supply current on standby minimized.
