LD6969 11/18/2008 100mA, Ultra Low Quiescent Current CMOS LDO Regulator REV: 03 General Description The LD6969 is a micropower linear regulator, featuring ultra low quiescent current. The precision of feedback reference voltage is within ±2% and output current is up to 100mA. As well, the LD6969 can be stable with a 1μF output capacitor, which reduces the board space and cost. It is suitable for the battery-powered portable equipment, especially for those that require standby power.
