Description
The CHT4699-99F is a monolithic 36- 44GHz Variable Voltage Attenuator.
It is designed for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems.
The circuit is manufactured with a MESFET process, 0.7µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges. It is available in chip form.
