The IRS21962 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with propagation delay matched output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The floating logic input is compatible with standard 5 V CMOS or LSTTL logic and can be operated up to 600 volts above the COM ground.
