G5130 : The G5130/G5131 boost converter is designed for use of main power source on portable equipments. It consist of an oscillator, PSM control logic circuit, an embedded power MOS (LX switch), accurate voltage reference, error amplifier, feedback resistors, and LX protection circuit. Only 3 external components (includes 1 inductor, 1 diode and 1 capacitor) are needed to construct the power application. For larger output power application, G5131 can be used to drive an external NPN device for more input current. 1~4 Cell Alkaline Battery Operating Range Output Voltage Range: 2.5V~5.0V in 0.1V Increments Minimum External Component (L, D, C) 100KHz Max. Oscillation Frequency 75% Duty Ratio Up to 80.

G5137P : The G5137P is a high performance AC/DC power supply controller which uses digital control technology to build peak current mode PWM flyback power supplies. The device operates in quasi-resonant mode to provide high efficiency along with a number of key built-in protection features while minimizing the external component count, simplifying EMI design and lowering the total bill of material cost. The G5137P removes the need for secondary feedback circuit while achieving excellent line and load regulation. It also eliminates the need for loop compensation components while maintaining stability over all operating conditions. Pulse-by-pulse waveform analysis allows for a loop response that is muc.
G5138P : The G5138P is a high performance AC/DC power supply controller which uses digital control technology to build peak current mode PWM flyback power supplies. The device operates in quasi-resonant mode to provide high efficiency along with a number of key built-in protection features while minimizing the external component count, simplifying EMI design and lowering the total bill of material cost. It also eliminates the need for loop compensation components while maintaining stability over all operating conditions. Pulse-by-pulse waveform analysis allows for a loop response that is muc.
G5139 : The G5139 boost converter contains a 0.46Ω internal switch. The IC operates at constant frequency 600 kHz, allowing the use of tiny, low cost and low height inductors and capacitors. The IC operates from a 2.7V to 7V supply voltage. High inrush current at start-up is eliminated using large compensation capacitor. Constant frequency current mode PWM architecture results in low, predictable output noise. The G5139 includes cycle-by-cycle 700mA current limit to maximize inductor current and over-temperature protection ci.
