ET6302 : The ET6302 is a dual SIM card control chip optimized for GSM handsets. It supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM cards. A serial port interface (SPI) is used to control dual SIM channel individually. The ET6302 is available in 20pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package. The operating temperature range is from 25°C to +85°C. Features Control and communication through a SPI interface with base band processor. ET6304 : The ET6304 is a dual SIM card control chip optimized for GSM handsets. It supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM cards. A serial port interface (I2C) is used to control dual SIM channel individually. The ET6304 has an integrated detection of SIM card presence function, including battery detection and contact detection in a directly user accessible card slots. If the SIM card is pulled out, ET6304 can immediately and automatically shutdown the corresponding SIM card interface. When the SIM card is inserted, ET6304 can immediately notify the baseband chip to execute activation process. The ET6304 is available in 20pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
