General Description
Features
TD1609 is a monolithic asynchronous buck
regulator.
The device provides 1.
6A of continuous load current over a wide input voltage of 6V to 40V.
It uses current mode control to
regulator the output voltage and provides fast transient response.
The TD1609 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
