General Description
BD9134MUV is ROHM’s high efficiency step-down switching
regulator designed to provide a voltage as low as 3.
3V from a supply voltage of 5V.
It offers high efficiency by using pulse skip control technology and synchronous switches, and provides fast transient response to sudden load changes by implementing current mode control.
