The temperature of any ASIC can be detected using the LM83 as long as a dedicated diode (semiconductor junction) is available on the die. LM8300 : The LM8300/8400/8500 is a 4-wire resistive touch screen controller. The controller samples and drives the touch screen without the need of any external hardware.
