LM83 : The LM83 is a digital temperature sensor with a 2 wire serial interface that senses the voltage and thus the temperature of three remote diodes using a Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converter with a digital over-temperature detector. The LM83 accurately senses its own temperature as well as the temperature of three external devices, such as Pentium II ® Processors or diode connected 2N3904s. The temperature of any ASIC can be detected using the LM83 as long as a dedicated diode (semiconductor junction) is available on the die. Using the SMBus interface a host can access the LM83’s registers at any time. Activation of a T_CRIT_A output occurs when any temperature is greater than a programmabl.

LM8300 : The LM8300/8400/8500 is a 4-wire resistive touch screen controller. The controller samples and drives the touch screen without the need of any external hardware. The built in 10-bit A/D provides a maximum of 500 coordinate pairs per second (cpps). The data sampled from the touch screen is sent out on the UART at a speed of 38400 bps. The controller has a power-saving mode which causes the controller to self-power down when no touch is detected on the touch screen for a specified amount of time. LM832 : The LM832 is a stereo noise reduction circuit for use with audio playback systems The DNR system is noncomplementary meaning it does not require encoded source material The system is compatible with virtually all prerecorded tapes and FM broadcasts Psychoacoustic masking and an adaptive bandwidth scheme allow the DNR to achieve 10 dB of noise reduction DNR can save circuit board space and cost because of the few additional components required The LM832 is optimized for low voltage operation with input levels around 30 mVrms For higher input levels use the LM1894 Features Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Low voltage battery operation Non-complementary noise reduction ‘‘single ended’’ Low cost external co.

LM8322 : The LM8322 Mobile I/O Companion is a dedicated device to unburden a host processor from scanning a matrix-addressed keypad. In addition, the LM8322 provides general-purpose I/O expansion, and PWM outputs useful for dynamic LED brightness modulation. www.DataSheet4U.com It communicates with the host through an I2C-compatible ACCESS.bus interface. An interrupt output is available for signaling key-press and key-release events. Communication frequencies up to 400 kHz (Fast-mode) bus speed are supported. The LM8322 supports a predefined set of commands. These commands enable a host device to keep control over all functions. ■ Three host-programmable PWM outputs useful for smooth ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ LED .
