R1200x series are CMOS-based control type step-up DC/DC converter with low supply current ICs.
Each of these ICs consists of a Nch MOSFET,
NPN transistor, an oscillator, PWM comparator, a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a current limit circuit, an under voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), an over voltage protection circuit (OVP), and a soft start circuit.
