Product Description
The RF2915 is a monolithic integrated circuit intended for use as a low cost FM transceiver.
The device is provided in 32-lead plastic TQFP packaging and is designed to be used with a PLL IC to provide a fully functional FM transceiver.
The chip is intended for digital (ASK, FSK, OOK) applications in the North American 915MHz ISM band and European 433MHz/868MHz ISM band.
