Transistor.
Engine control systems utilizing these devices for ignition coil control exhibit exceptional fuel efficiency and low exhaust emissions.
The device is designed to be controlled from a single–ended Hall Sensor input.
The circuit is built using high–density Integrated–Injection Logic (IIL) processing incorporating high current–gain
PNP and
