HMD16M32M8G GENERAL DESCRIPTION The HMD16M32M8G is a 16Mbit x 32 dynamic RAM high-density memory module.
The module consists of eight CMOS 16M x 4bit DRAMs in 32-pin TSOPII packages mounted on a 72-pin, double-sided, FR-4-printed circuit board.
