General description The SSL21083AT is a high-voltage Integrated Circuit (IC) for driving LED lamps in general mains non-dimmable lighting applications.
The main benefits are: • Small Printed-Circuit Board (PCB) footprint; compact solution • High efficiency (up to 95 %) • Ease of integration • Low electronic Bill Of Material (BOM) The IC incorporates a 600 V MOSFET.
