CN5611 : CONSONANCE Low-Dropout High-Power LED Driver www.DataSheet4U.com CN5611 General Description: The CN5611 current regulator operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage range and delivers a constant current that is up to 800mA to high-brightness LEDs, including high-brightness white LED. The LED current of CN5611 can be adjusted from 30mA to 800mA by using an external resistor. An on-chip pass element minimizes external components while providing ±8% output current accuracy. Additional features include over temperature protection, LED short and open protection. The CN5611 is available in a thermally enhanced 5-pin SOT89 package. CN5610 : Switch-Mode High-Brightness LED Driver CN5610 General Description: The CN5610 is a PFM high efficiency LED driver control IC. It allows efficient operation of high brightness LED from input voltage ranging from 3V to 450V. The CN5610 controls an external N channel MOSFET or NPN transistor at the frequency up to 300KHz. The LED string is driven at constant current rather than constant voltage, thus providing constant light output and enhanced reliability. The output current can be programmed from 30mA to 1.2A with an external resistor. The other features include soft start circuit, inductor current limit circuit, etc. The CN5610 is available in a 8-pin SOP package. Applications: z LED Light.
