19-0487; Rev 1; 6/97 5-Pin Microprocessor Supervisory Circuits _______________General Description The MAX823/MAX824/MAX825* microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits combine reset output, watchdog, and manual-reset input functions in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package.
They significantly improve system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components.
The MAX823/MAX824/MAX825 are specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC.
Five preprogrammed reset threshold voltages are available, designated by the following package suffixes: L = 4.
63V, M = 4.
38V, T = 3.
08V, S = 2.
93V, and R = 2.
63V.
