Genera l Description
The ACT16541 contains six teen non-inverting buffers with 3-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a m emory and address driver, clock driver, or bus oriented transmitter/receiver. The device is byte controlled. Each byt e has separate 3-STATE control inputs w hich can be shorted together for full 1 6-bit operation.
