The NC7S14 is a single hi gh performance CMOS Inverter with Schmi tt Trigger input. The circuit design pr ovides hysteresis between the positive- going and negative going input threshol ds thereby improving noise margins. Adv anced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication ass ures high speed and low power circuit o peration over a broad VCC range. ESD pr otection diodes inherently guard both i nput and output with respect to the VCC and GND rails. F . |
