table and linear change in capacitance w ith reference to ambient temperature wi th no aging effect. In addition, U2J di electric extends the available capacita nce range of Class I MLCCs to achieve v alues previously only available using C lass II dielectric materials like X7R, X5R, Y5V and Z5U. U2J is not sensitive to DC Bias as compared to Class II die lectric materials and retains over 99% of nominal capacitance at full rated vo ltage. KEMET automotive grade capacitor s meet the demanding Automotive Electro nics Council's AEC–Q200 qualification requirements. Capacitance change is li mited to −750 ±120 ppm/°C from −5 5°C to +125°C. These devices are lead (Pb)-free, RoHS and REACH compliant wi thout exception and are capable of with standing multiple passes through a lead (Pb)-free solder reflow profile.
