FEATURES:
Available as “HR” (high reliability) screened per MIL-PRF-19500, JANTX level. Add “HR” suffix to base part number
Available Non-RoHS (standard) or RoHS compliant (add PBF suffix)
Available in both Unidirectional and Bidirectional (add C or CA suffix for bidirectional)
Voltages from 6.8 to 180 V Breakdown (VBR)
Suppresses transients up to 1500 watts @ 10/1000 μs (see Figure 1)
Power rating = 1500 watts
